Repair & Seal Pipe Penetrations

Pipe Penetrations are a major contributor to unwanted ground water. As the water enters through the improperly sealed penetration it will bring dirt, and other sediment with it. This will cause a variety of issues including plugged lines, and large voids under the pavement which will eventually collapse and cause major safety issues. Repairing/sealing these portions of manholes, and storm drains will eliminate collapsing roads, plugged lines and save money for the future.
  • The picture to the left demonstrates a large void that was caused by a malfunction from the doghouse. As the water poured through, it brought sediment with it causing the large void. When it gets ran over by vehicles, the pavement will break away causing large, costly, and unsafe potholes in the middle of roads, sidewalks, and parkinglots.
